Vice President Eric Hsu Delivers Two Guest Lectures at Lunghwa University – Insights on Acool Copper Materials and Global Semiconductor Trends
Huilong Technology was invited to deliver two guest lectures at Lunghwa University of Science and Technology on May 27 and June 11, 2025. The sessions were held for the College of Semiconductor Engineering and the class of international students from Vietnam, respectively. Vice President Eric Hsu shared insights on the application of “Acool Copper” materials in the semiconductor industry and global markets.
During the May 27 lecture for the College of Semiconductor Engineering, Eric provided an in-depth analysis of the advantages of Acool Copper in advanced packaging and manufacturing processes, highlighting its excellent thermal and electrical conductivity as well as its reliability.
The June 11 session, targeting international students from Vietnam, presented a broader industrial perspective, introducing the benefits of Acool Copper in applications such as drones, electric vehicle motors, and generators. The presentation received enthusiastic responses from the students.
